Surveys

This survey is conducted by Breathe SoCal, a non-profit organization that promotes clean air and healthy lungs through research, education, advocacy, and technology, in collaboration with Sun Valley Area Neighborhood Council (SVANC). Sun Valley is experiencing multiple environmental hazards that pose risks to the community’s health. This survey’s goal is to understand the impact of these environmental hazards on public health. Please note that de-identified data may be shared to bring awareness around environmental hazards in Sun Valley. Individual responses would help shape the advocacy efforts for the health and safety of residents. You may choose to complete the survey anonymously. The information you provide will not be tied back to you or your household.

Note: To participate in this survey, you must reside in the Sun Valley neighborhood.

The City of Los Angeles Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC) serves as an advisory body to the Mayor, City Council Members, and to various agencies across the city, encouraging and facilitating the use of bicycles as a regular means of transportation and recreation. The survey’s purpose is simple: to better understand the needs and priorities of bicyclists across the City of Los Angeles. But our outreach doesn’t stop here—that’s where you come in. I invite you, my Angeleno network, to take 10–15 minutes to complete this survey and help shape the future of biking in LA.  This survey was created by Angelenos, for Angelenos—and we want to help elevate your voice.
